Tesco raising money for CLIC Sargent

Local collection coordinator

Can you give one day to help raise £200,000?

As part our Charity of the Year partnership with Tesco, we have two days to hold bucket collections in Tesco stores nationwide.

Our goal is to raise £200,000 in just two days to help children with cancer spend more time at home and less time in hospital.

On Friday 10 and Saturday 11 December 2010 we aim to have volunteer collectors at the busiest Tesco stores across the UK. We are looking for volunteer collection coordinators who can help us make the most of this amazing opportunity.

Please note, to be a collection coordinator you must be over 18 years old. However, those under 18 are very welcome to help collect on the day, as long as they are supervised by an adult.

How can you help?

  • Sign up as a collection coordinator and find family and friends to help you collect at a Tesco store near you for the day
  • We will give you all the information, materials and support that you need to coordinate the collection
  • We can reimburse your expenses

It’s a fun way to get involved with CLIC Sargent so if you would like to sign up as a collection coordinator simply complete our online form  and we will contact you very soon.

If you have any questions about the collections or being a coordinator please contact Anna Penwarden at anna.penwarden@clicsargent.org.uk or call 0117 314 8602.

Collect at a Tesco store near you and help raise £200,000 for children with cancer.
