Nailsea bags donation
CLIC Sargent staff and volunteers raised a fantastic £1,162.70 at the Nailsea Tesco Superstore Fun Day. The CLIC Sargent team and Tesco staff could be seen throughout the store in bright fuchsia t-shirts and nurse’s hats, and the day’s entertainment included a children’s magician, stilt walker and face painter who proved as popular with the adults as she did with the children!
For one day only the team sold the limited edition ‘CLIC Sargent Tesco Nailsea’ bags for life which flew off the shelves. Hardly a shopper left the store on Saturday without one of the Little Nurse bags in tow!
In addition to the money raised on the day, the store Personnel Manager Debbie presented Account Manager Lucy Knight with a cheque for £500 – another step towards the charity of the year partnership target of £5m.
